Hyderabad: Speeding car overturns on Begumpet flyover, three injured
A speeding car overturned on the Begumpet flyover in Hyderabad on Wednesday morning, disrupting traffic. Three passengers sustained injuries and were hospitalised. Police suspect rash driving and have launched an investigation into the incident.
Hyderabad: A road accident occurred on the Begumpet flyover, after a speeding car lost control and overturned, causing temporary traffic disruption in the busy route on Wednesday morning.
The incident led to slow-moving traffic for some time as the overturned vehicle blocked a portion of the flyover.
On receiving information, local police rushed to the spot and took up traffic clearance measures. Three passengers in the car suffered injuries in the mishap and were shifted to a nearby private hospital for treatment. Their condition is reported to be stable.
The cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained, and police have started an investigation into the incident.
A rash and negligent driving is suspected to have led to the crash.
