Hyderabad techie drowns in River Krishna at Somasila

Nagarkurnool: A software employee drowned in the River Krishna at Somasila on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Bharath, a native of Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh.
Bharath, who was residing in Hyderabad and working in the IT sector, had visited Somasila and entered the river casually. However, he is believed to have accidentally drowned, according to initial reports.
Police have registered a case and taken up investigation.
