Hyderabad: Temples witness heavy rush of devotees on Vasanth Panchami
Temples across the city and suburbs witnessed a heavy rush of devotees on Vasanth Panchami. Families gathered in large numbers to offer prayers to Goddess Saraswati, perform special pujas and conduct Aksharabhyasam rituals for children from early morning hours.
Hyderabad: On the auspicious occasion of Vasanth Panchami, temples in the city and suburbs teemed with devotees from the early hours on Friday.
Temples of Goddess Saraswati in particular were decked up for the occasion and families in large numbers thronged for special pujas and rituals.

On this auspicious day, families seek blessings of Goddess Saraswati at temples and perform ‘Aksharabhyasam’ for their children.
Mother Goddess temples had devotees since early hours for the pujas and the priests were seen making hectic arrangements.
