Hyderabad: Two arrested with 340g ganja in Balanagar Excise raid

Balanagar Prohibition and Excise officials arrested two individuals for allegedly possessing and attempting to sell 340 grams of ganja. The accused, both from Andhra Pradesh, have been booked under the NDPS Act, and an investigation is ongoing.

Hyderabad: The Balanagar Prohibition and Excise sleuths on Saturday arrested two persons who were in possession of ganja. The sleuths seized 340 grams of ganja from them.

The arrested are E Sainath and S Pinki, both of whom are natives of Andhra Pradesh.


According to the police, Sainath and Pinki were trying to sell the ganja to consumers after buying it from some persons known to them.

A case under NDPS Act is registered against them, and an investigation is going on.
