Hyderabad: A local court in Nampally on Friday sentenced two men to life imprisonment in a murder case at Shahinayathgunj in 2016. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 15,000 on each of them.

The convicted persons were K Balakrishnan alias Balu (25) from Chudi Bazaar and N Gajanand alias Dinesh (24) from Shankar Bazaar. The two, bearing a grudge against the victim Kunal Singh, a history-sheeter from Shahinayathgunj, stabbed him to death with a knife. The Shahinayathgunj police booked a case and arrested them.
