Hyderabad: A virtual session on the legal challenges in the corporate world was organised by Young Ficci Ladies Organisation (YFLO) and its chairperson Deepthi Reddy. Advocate Anshuman Sharma who was the speaker for the session gave a presentation highlighting facts of women in the corporate sector.
Apart from that, Sharma also highlighted the issue of standardisation of legal services in the country. He also explained the need and implementation of the arbitration clause, saying, “its proper drafting can only lead to a solution or it may result in further litigation. Long term and high value contracts benefit more from such a clause.”
YFLO vice-chairperson Sonali Saraf ended the session with a vote of thanks for the sponsors and IT team appreciating Sharma’s inputs.
