The dependency on in-house entertainment has increased the viewership of television and a surge in consumption of streamline video on demand services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc., he said. The hospitality sector also faced a significant negative impact as customers were forced to stay away from restaurants and cafes, he said.
The webinar was moderated by ICFAI group academic director Prof R Prasad and ICFAI group branding director Prof Sudhakar Rao. About 250 entrepreneurs, research scholars and prospective students from across the country participated in the webinar.
