IIT-Hyderabad’s TiHAN, Mitsubishi Electric sign MoU to advance autonomous navigation research
IIT-Hyderabad’s TiHAN and Mitsubishi Electric’s R&D Centre have signed an MoU to collaborate on autonomous navigation research. The partnership aims to boost innovation, skill-building, and entrepreneurship by leveraging shared expertise, infrastructure, and experience in autonomous mobility technologies.

Sangareddy: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the Technology Innovation Hub on Autonomous Navigation (TiHAN) at IIT-Hyderabad (IIT-H) and the Advanced Technology R&D Centre (ATC) of Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (MELCO) to collaborate on research and development in the emerging field of autonomous navigation.
The partnership aims to leverage the strengths and capabilities of both institutions to support innovation, skill development, and entrepreneurship in autonomous navigation systems. TiHAN-IITH and ATC-MELCO will pool their technical expertise, infrastructure, and experience to drive advancements in the sector.
