Hyderabad: Hitting back at Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan for his comments on Telangana, Congress MLA from Jadcherla J Anirudh Reddy demanded that he tender an unconditional apology.
Anirudh Reddy objected to Pawan Kalyan’s reported remark that Telangana’s “evil eye” had affected Konaseema’s development. “If Telangana has cast an evil eye on Godavari and Konaseema, why is Pawan Kalyan staying in Hyderabad? He should sell his properties here and shift to Vijayawada,” the MLA said while speaking to the media.
He added that when YS Jaganmohan Reddy becomes Chief Minister, TDP leaders shift to Hyderabad, and when N Chandrababu Naidu is Chief Minister, YSRCP leaders come here. Yet, Pawan Kalyan accuses Telangana of casting an evil eye, and he should apologise for his comments, the MLA said.
