Jagannath Ratha Yatra to be held in Hyderabad’s Kokapet on July 19

The Hare Krishna Movement, Hyderabad, has announced the Jagannath Ratha Yatra in Kokapet on July 19. The procession featuring the deities Jagannatha, Baladeva and Subhadra will pass through Kokapet before concluding at the Hare Krishna Heritage Tower in Narsingi-Kokapet

Hyderabad: The Hare Krishna Movement, Hyderabad, on Wednesday announced the Jagannath Ratha Yatra in Kokapet, to be held from 5 pm on July 19.

Featuring the deities Jagannatha, Baladeva and Subhadra, the Ratha Yatra will travel from The Trilight, Golden Mile Layout Road, Kokapet, through the streets of Kokapet and past Rajapushpa Atria to the Hare Krishna Heritage Tower, Narsingi-Kokapet, a press release said.

The Ratha Yatra programme will be presided over by Satya Gaura Chandra Dasa, President, Hare Krishna Movement, Hyderabad, and Regional President, Akshaya Patra (Telangana and Andhra Pradesh).
