Karimnagar–Warangal NH to be ready by Dasara, says Union Minister Bandi Sanjay
Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has assured that the Karimnagar–Warangal National Highway will be opened to the public by Dasara, with 90 per cent of works already completed.

Karimnagar: The Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, Bandi Sanjay Kumar assured the Karimnagar-Warangal National Highway would be made available to the public by completing all works by Dasara festival.
While returning from Jammikunta, the Union minister examined the national highway works at Kandugula on Saturday.
Speaking on the occasion, he informed that except for culverts, U-turns and bypass roads in a few places, 90 percent of the work has been completed.
Officials, public representatives and people worked in coordination and completed works by solving court cases and appeals from the public. The 68 kilometer stretch NH works was taken up with Rs 2,147 crore.
He was informed to take up Jagtial-Karimnagar NH expansion works after completion of Karimnagar-Warangal road works.
NHAI project director Bharadwaj and other officials explained to the Union minister that except for a few works at Kothagattu, Bommakal and Gattududdenapalli, 90 percent of the works were completed.
