KCR condoles deaths of pilgrims in Saudi Arabia bus accident

BRS chief K Chandrashekhar Rao expressed grief over the death of 42 Telangana pilgrims in a Saudi Arabia bus accident during the Umrah pilgrimage, urging government action and financial support for families and better care for the injured.

HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) chief K Chandrashekhar Rao on Monday expressed shock over the death of pilgrims from Telangana in the bus accident in Saudi Arabia.

The BRS chief expressed his grief and condoled the loss of 42 people, who were travelling in a bus going from Mecca to Medina as part of the Umrah pilgrimage.


The Central and State governments should respond immediately and initiate necessary measures. Financial support should be extended to the families of the deceased and the injured should be provided with better treatment, he said.

Chandrashekhar Rao prayed for the departed souls to rest in peace and extended his condolences to their families.
