Khalique and Dhavalika shine with triple gold at Telangana Shooting Championship

Hyderabad: Mohd Abdul Khalique Khan Mustafa Khan secured three gold medals in the 50m rifle prone event in the men’s, junior men’s and youth categories, while Dhavalika Devi Nyamurs also won three gold medals in the junior women’s, youth and 50m rifle three-position events at the Open Telangana State Shooting Championship held at the SATG Ranges in Gachibowli on Thursday.
Another notable performer was P. Homanshika Reddy, who claimed two gold medals, winning the 50m rifle prone women’s title with a score of 586/600 and the 50m rifle three-position women’s title with a score of 581/600.
Shyam Singh Yadav, former MP; Salalith Tottempudi, President of the Rifle Association of Andhra Pradesh (RAAP) and Governing Body Member of the National Rifle Association of India (NRAI); and Amit Sanghi, President of the Telangana Rifle Association and Senior Vice-President of the NRAI, graced the valedictory function.
