Khammam: The TRS candidate for Khammam Local Authorities’ Constituency MLC election, Tata Madhusudan has won the election with 480 votes. Counting of votes took place at Zilla Panchayat Resource Centre (DPRC) here on Tuesday. The TRS candidate defeated his nearest rival R Nageswara Rao of Congress by a majority of 238 votes. Congress candidate got 242 votes. An independent candidate K Srinivas Rao got four votes while another independent candidate K Sudha Rani could not get a single vote.
