Khazana robbery case: Cyberabad Police invoke PD Act against suspects
The Cyberabad Police have invoked the Preventive Detention Act against five inter-state dacoits from Bihar, accused of carrying out a violent jewellery heist at Chandanagar in August 2023.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Police invoked the Preventive Detention (PD) Act against five inter-state dacoits identified as Abhishek Pandey, Praduman Kumar Singh, Aashish Kumar Singh, Rohit Kumar Rajak and Shivam Pandey, in connection with the Khazana Jewellery robbery at Chandanagar.
The Bihar gang allegedly opened fire, threatened staff at gunpoint and robbed ornaments in August 2025. The suspects were later arrested.
