KTR lauds Hyderabad entrepreneur featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026

Hyderabad: BRS working president KT Rama Rao hailed the achievements of a young entrepreneur who is making waves in the startup ecosystem after earning international recognition. The youngster Gaddam Shivaganesh met Rama Rao here on Monday and discussed his ambitious goal to build a bank in Hyderabad that serves as a one-stop financial solution for students and their parents.
Shared his inspirational success story on social media, the BRS working president said Shivaganesh was the son of a former welder from Parsigutta in Hyderabad. He stated that the startup founder’s vision was receiving crucial support from T-Hub to turn Shivaganesh’s dream into reality. He wished for the young entrepreneur’s success in the years ahead.
Shivaganesh’s idea already earned international recognition, securing a $100,000 grant from Emergent Ventures and a place in the “Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2026” list under the Finance & Venture Capital category. His startup has now raised Rs 10 crore and is preparing to apply for an RBI payments licence while laying the foundation for a student-focused financial institution.
In a unique initiative aimed at improving financial awareness among young people, Shivaganesh has also transformed himself into a comic character and is developing a free animated film to make financial literacy simple, accessible and engaging for students.
