Bhongir: Several leaders paid tributes to Telangana martyr Kasoju Srikantha Chary at his statue at Polichedu village in Yadadri-Bhongir district on the occasion of his 12th death anniversary on Friday.

Energy Minister G Jagadish Reddy, Alair MLA Gongidi Suntha, Bhongir MLA Pylla Shaker Reddy, Zilla Parishad Chairman Alimineti Sandeep reddy and former chairman of Telangana State Warehouse Corporation Mandula Sammel were among those paid tributes to the martyr by garlanding Srikantha Chary’s statue at his native place. Jagadish Reddy said Srikantha Chary had sacrificed his life for the cause of Statehood.
