Hyderabad: Bakers create a variety of baked items on a daily basis and are likely to experience a few hurdles every once in a while. The way they approach those indiscretions is important to maintain quality and customer satisfaction as a whole.

With all of the wonders, whimsical, and occasional wistfulness that comes along with the Christmas season, sometimes it’s hard to put into words just how the holiday season makes us feel. Freshly cut Christmas cakes, the aroma of freshly baked brownies and tarts, snow, and pine resin fill your soul with a wintry night.

Little Miss Muffin located near Maredpally secunderabad, is a cake studio run and operated by Maria and Darian Johnson and the idea struck them when Maria wanted to bake something for her daughter when she turned 2-months-old. Maria baked her first cake and her family encouraged her to pursue this as her profession, so she started customizing the cakes thereafter.

Maria keeps her baking techniques simple and sorted and avoids artificial methods and preservatives. “As a baker and entrepreneur I dealt with many ups and downs and had to travel to venues to complete a setup. It takes me many hours for a single task. So, being a mother and an entrepreneur it’s difficult to balance the roles on daily basis but the love from customers keeps me moving,” says Maria.

Adding one of her experiences she shares how difficult it was for her to prepare a wedding chandelier custom cake which took her many hours to set up.
