Man, ailing mother commit suicide in Medak

A 40-year-old man and his paralysed mother ended their lives at Muthaipet in Havelighanpur mandal, Medak district. The son, separated from his wife, reportedly took the step as there was no one to care for his ailing mother.

Medak: A man and his ailing mother committed suicide at Muthaipet in Havelighanpur mandal on Thursday. 

Since his mother had been suffering from paralysis and there was no one to look after her, Vangala Srikanth Chary (40), who had separated from his wife a year ago, and his mother Bharathi (60) hanged themselves on Wednesday night.

The locals found them dead on Thursday evening. The police registered a case and the investigation is underway.
