The man, Abdul Talha, a resident of Shaheennagar, was taken into custody by the police allegedly in connection with a drug case. The incident occurred while he was being taken to the police station for questioning. Later, the family members were informed by the police that Talha had sustained injuries after jumping from a police vehicle.
