Hyderabad: An unidentified person was found electrocuted at a construction site in Urdu Galli near Charminar on Wednesday morning. Police suspect he could have come to the site to steal iron rods and accidentally came into contact with a live wire, following which he was electrocuted.
Police said the victim, in his early thirties, had injuries on his right hand that seemed to have been caused by electric shock. Anjaneyulu, the site supervisor said for the last few days, electric wires and iron rods were going missing from the premises.
The victim could have come to the site to steal construction material and in the process, got electrocuted.
The Charminar Police had booked a case of suspicious death and are investigating.
