Students of Abhyasa Centre of Excellence (ACE) participate in identifying flags of 100 countries at a virtual programme held in Mancherial on Saturday
Mancherial: Students aged between 5 and 12 years belonging to Abhyasa Centre of Excellence (ACE) created a record by getting into the International Genius Book of Records by recognizing flags of 100 countries within 100 seconds at a virtual event held here on Saturday. India’s Chief Coordinator of the IGBR Bingi Narender Goud was the chief guest.
Narender Goud said that the students’ feat was entered in the International Genius Book of Records for successfully identifying the flags in a short span of time for the first time in northern Telangana. The event was recorded and was viewed by representatives of the organization and parents, he stated.
The coordinator was all praise for the pupils for displaying outstanding memory skills. He said that they could recognize flags which were randomly chosen during the event. He complimented Sana Sudhati, the correspondent of the institution for organising the innovative programme. He opined that the event had brought out innate talent of the students.
Sudhati congratulated the students on creating a world record by participating in the event. She stated that the students were trained for a period of 21 days for three hours a day. She added that they were given some tips to recognize the flags. She thanked parents for extending their cooperation to the event and support to her in conducting it.
