Manthani lawyers seek CBI probe in advocate couple’s murder

Peddapalli: The Bar Association of Manthani has decided not to represent the accused involved in the killing of advocate couple Gattu Vamana Rao and PV Nagamani.
In a statement on Monday, the advocates who have been staging protests against the brutal murders, also announced their decision to boycott all the court proceedings till March 1.
They also decided to write a letter to the Chief Justice of Telangana High Court requesting him to direct the State government to handover the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
