Medchal girl and Hyderabad boy top TG EAPCET 2026 results
A girl and a boy topped TG EAPCET 2026 in Engineering and Agriculture & Pharmacy streams respectively. Over 2.10 lakh students registered, with 73.36 per cent qualifying in Engineering. Officials said the UG engineering admission schedule will be released within a week.

Hyderabad:A girl and a boy topped the Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2026 results released here on Sunday.
M Rushi of Medchal and Mukkaram Ahmed of Hyderabad secured first rank in Engineering and A&P stream respectively. Rushi scored 156.63532 marks, while Ahmed got 150.177079 marks.
Bejugama Anshul of Medchal and Maraka Vamshidhar Reddy of Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, bagged second and third ranks respectively in the engineering stream . As for A&P stream, Taduri Nivrutt Sai Venkat of Hyderabad and Sahiti Geetika Gunithi of Ranga Reddy secured second and third ranks respectively.
Advisor to Government Dr. K Keshava Rao, along with TGCHE Chairman Prof. V Balakista Reddy, Education department Secretary Dr. Yogita Rana, JNTU-Hyderabad Vice Chancellor Prof. T Kishen Kumar Reddy, Commissioner of Technical and Collegiate Education A Sridevasena and TG EAPCET 2026 convener Prof. K Vijaya Kumar Reddy, released the results at JNTU-Hyderabad.
A total of 210766 students registered ,197242 attended and 144704 (73.36 percent) qualified in the engineering stream. Similarly, 90977 students applied, 84954 appeared and 73294 (86.27 percent) qualified in the A&P stream. Results have been made available on the website https://eapcet.tgche.ac.in.
Prof. Balakista Reddy said an admission schedule for UG engineering programmes will be issued in one week.
