Medchal police arrest three peddlers, seven consumers in drug bust
Medchal police arrested three drug peddlers and seven consumers during a late-night raid and seized ganja and hashish oil. The accused allegedly sourced the drugs from Andhra Pradesh. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act.
Hyderabad: The Medchal police on Tuesday night arrested three drug peddlers and seven consumers who were allegedly selling ganja and hashish oil. The police seized 1.12 kilograms of ganja and six kilograms of hashish oil from them.
Acting on a tip-off, the team raided a house at Medchal and caught three drug peddlers who were bringing the contraband from Andhra Pradesh and selling it to local consumers.
The police identified and arrested the seven consumers. A case is registered under NDPS Act against them.
