Medchal police arrested three drug peddlers and seven consumers during a late-night raid and seized ganja and hashish oil. The accused allegedly sourced the drugs from Andhra Pradesh. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act.
While two are Muralidar Mohanlal Sharma, Chandrabhan Patel cloth traders from from Maharashtra and Uttar pradesh, Udayraj Singh a watchman from Uttar Pradesh
According to the police, the accused Sanjeeva Reddy, Rathod Ravindar and Sudhakar, allegedly created a fake document showing that they had an agreement with the owners of the 57 acres to purchase the entire land.
"The accused Salim brought the girl to Firozabad in the name of treatment and changed her Hindu name to a Muslim one. Salim, aged 21 years married the minor girl, aged 15 years."
