Navya Sri, the daughter of Narmetta Rajender and Nagalakshmi, did her B Pharmacy from the University College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Satavahana University (SU) campus in Karimnagar and appeared for the NIPER-JEE-2021.
Speaking to Telangana Today, her mother Nagalakshmi said that Navya Sri had been a disciplined and meritorious student since her school days. “While she completed her SSC in Scholars’ High School, Warangal with a GPA of 9.8, she also secured 953 marks in the Intermediate. “At present, we are staying in a rented room in Laxminagar under Kareemabad locality in Warangal city. Though my daughter is performing well in her studies, we are in dire need of financial support as I have already borrowed loans to pay the fees and other expenditure of my son Naveen who is doing his B Tech in a private college in Narsampet,” Nagalakshmi said and appealed to the donors and philanthropists to help her daughter to continue with her M Tech by paying her fees and other expenditure.
“I have to pay Rs 43,000 towards semester fees, mess bills, and other expenses. To complete my PG, I need Rs 2 lakh besides a laptop, which is a need now,” Navya Sri said and added that she had got admission into the NIPER, Mohali, Punjabi, opted for Hyderabad college, due to a financial crisis.
