MLRIT organises ‘Prerna’ outreach Programme at ZPHS Dundigal
MLRIT's ‘Prerna’ outreach programme at ZPHS Dundigal aimed to foster passion for science and technology among students. Highlights included talks by Dr Arun Kumar and Dr Balram Yelamasetti, with mementos awarded to competition winners, supported by NCSTC
Hyderabad: MLR Institute of Technology (MLRIT) organised an outreach programme ‘Prerna’ at Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Dundigal, to ignite a passion for science and technology in young students.
This initiative, supported by the National Council for Science & Technology Communication (NCSTC) and the Department of Science and Technology, aimed to showcase the vital role of science and technology in our daily lives.
A key highlight was the IDEAS Pack, featuring inspiring talks from experts Dr Arun Kumar and Dr Balram Yelamasetti. Winners of various competitions were honoured with mementos and certificates by the School Head Master, R Muthyam Goud, along with Dr Arun and Dr Balram.
Founder secretary and MLA Malkajgiri, Marri RajaShekhar Reddy appreciated the efforts of MLRIT and said the programme will surely help the young minds to improve individual technical and innovative skills. Dr K Srinivas Rao, Principal of MLRIT, also spoke.
