Mother, son die within hours in Jagtial village

A 25-year-old man died after consuming pesticide in Jagtial district, reportedly due to debts. Hours later, his mother died of a heart attack after learning about his death, leaving the village in shock

Jagtial: In a tragic incident, a mother and her son died within a few hours in Mothe village of Jagtial Urban mandal.

According to villagers, unable to clear debts, Dodla Sampath (25) attempted suicide by consuming pesticide on Tuesday. Family members shifted him to a hospital in Karimnagar, where he died while undergoing treatment.
