Musi project: No looking back, asserts Revanth Reddy

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy said the Musi Rejuvenation project will go ahead as planned despite protests, assuring justice to oustees and stating that public suggestions are being considered in aspects such as relief and rehabilitation

Hyderabad: Despite widespread protests and rising criticism from different sections over the Musi Rejuvenation project, Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy on Friday asserted that there was no looking back on the project and that it would be executed as planned.

The State government would not render injustice to the Musi project oustees. A detailed presentation has been made on the project to people from different sections, and their suggestions and recommendations were being considered on multiple aspects, including relief and rehabilitation, he said during an informal chat with media persons here on Friday.


“Mahatma Gandhi’s great grandson Tushar Gandhi is also a common citizen like others. He should not fall into the BRS party’s trap,” Revanth Reddy said.
