Nalgonda: District Collector and District Elections Officer Prashant Jeevan Patil has been selected for the ‘State Best Electoral Practices Award” for 2021. The Chief Electoral Officer, Telangana has selected Prashant Jeevan Patil for the award in recognition of his outstanding services in the conduct of the elections and enrolment of young voters in the district.

The Election Commission of India would announce Best Electoral Practice Awards every year to the electoral officers for their outstanding performance in election-related works. In addition to this, Revenue Divisional Officers of Miryalaguda B Rohit Singh and Tahsildar of Nalgonda M Vijay Kumar have been also selected for special category awards of the Elections Commission.
