Nalgonda Strikers defeated Nizam Royals 74-71 in the girls' Under-18 category of the inaugural Telangana Basketball League at Yousufguda. In the girls' Under-15 category, Nizam Royals edged Hyderabad Hurricanes 56-53 in a closely contested encounter

Hyderabad: Nalgonda Strikers scored a 74-71 win against Nizam Royals in the girls’ Under-18 category of the inaugural Telangana Basketball League championship at the Kotla Vijaya Bhaskara Reddy Indoor Stadium (Yousufguda) here.

In the girls’ Under-15 category, Nizam Royals scored a narrow 56-53 win against Hyderabad Hurricanes.
