NALSAR University awards 1,255 degrees in convocation
A total of 287 graduates were present in the ceremony. Gold medals were awarded to Vikram Singh, Akshara and Tarun Joshi for topping in their respective courses.

Hyderabad: The NALSAR University of Law awarded 1,255 degrees and diplomas to the eligible candidates of 2024 batch of the open and distance learning programmes during a special convocation organised on the university campus here on Saturday.
A total of 287 graduates were present in the ceremony. Gold medals were awarded to Vikram Singh, Akshara and Tarun Joshi for topping in their respective courses.
Delivering the convocation address, High Court Chief Justice Alok Aradhe appreciated efforts of the graduates to acquire the degrees in open distance learning mode. He advised the graduates to make use of their knowledge for various public purposes and asked them to evolve as more responsible and resourceful citizens.
Justice Aradhe, who is also NALSAR Chancellor, recalled the university’s contribution to provide quality legal education that underlines constitutionalism, rule of law and justice, with a particular focus on social justice to the marginalized communities. He appreciated the university’s recent efforts in launching a basic course on Indian Constitution in Telugu via Centre for Distance and Online Education.
NALSAR University of law Vice Chancellor Prof. Krishna Deva Rao, and Registrar Prof. N Vasanthi among other university officials also took part in the ceremony.
