Namasthe Telangana-Telangana Today property show receives good response in Karimnagar
People enquire about open plots, apartments, bank loan facility on the second day
Karimnagar: A two-day property show organised jointly by Namasthe Telangana and Telangana Today at Sri Rajarajeshwara Kalyana Mandapam near Court Chowk here evoked good response from the public.
People from different walks of life visited the show and enquired about the worth of open plots, apartments, bank loan facility and other queries on the second day of the show on Sunday. People also enquired about rooftop solar power systems including the investment required to setup solar panels for single and double bedroom houses, bank loan facility, subsidy, net metering and others.
Participating in the concluding session held on Sunday, BRS leader Veerla Venkateshwar Rao appreciated Namasthe Telangana and Telangana Today for conducting the property show, which would help the people to take a decision before purchasing lands or houses according to their choice.
Instead of getting confused by directly approaching sellers, the show would create a platform for the local people to choose open plots, apartments and others according to their choice. Besides the details of plots and apartments, the details of bank loans and interest rates would also be known by the people, Venkateshwar Rao said.
Century, Osmani Constructions Private Limited, VEKA Smart Window Solutions and UPVC Windows and Doors, Vaishnavi Enhancing Lifestyles, VYSHU Vision Securities, Swaraj Developers, Sai Shraddha Infra, Vaishnavi Garden Villas, Sony Solar Power, Suguna Sapphire, Raichandani Sindh Developers, Suchitra Developers, MAHA cement and Bank of Baroda set up stalls at the show.
Town planning officer Anjaneyulu, Telangana protagonist Banda Gopal Reddy, Namasthe Telangana Karimnagar Branch Manager cum Bureau in-Charge K Prakash Rao, District Manager (Advertisement) Mallaiah and others were present.
