Narayanpet food poisoning: School Education Dept suspends headmasters, staff

Hyderabad: The School Education department on Wednesday suspended ZPHS Maganur headmaster Muralidhar Reddy, incharge headmaster Bapu Reddy and mid-day meal incharge in connection with food poisoning issue in the school in Narayanpet district.
The department also terminated the services of the mid-day meal agency for its negligence of duty in providing mid-day meals in the school.
School Education director AV Narasimha Reddy said 15 students who suffered food poisoning were undergoing treatment at Mahabubnagar hospital and were out of danger.
