Khammam: Khammam Commissioner of Police (CP) Vishnu S Warrier has inaugurated the renovated computer lab at Sri Krishna Prasad Memorial High School run by the Khammam police commissionerate. At a programme at the school on Thursday, the CP along with the school chairperson Hrudaya Menon re-launched the lab on police headquarters premises. Bengaluru based NGOs, Right to Live and Mindtree Foundation have donated the latest model computers worth Rs 4.80 lakh to the lab.
Speaking on the occasion Warrier asked students to move forward focusing on cutting-edge technology to excel in the field they have chosen. He appreciated the gesture the NGOs made for the benefit of the students. Additional DCP (AR) Kumaraswamy, ACP Vijaya Babu and the school principal Seshagiri Rao were present.
