Not Netflix or Prime Video: Malayalam blockbuster Marco to stream on this OTT platform

Hyderabad: The Malayalam blockbuster Marco, starring Unni Mukundan and Yukthi Thareja, is set to stream on SonyLIV, as confirmed by the actor’s PR team.
Directed by Haneef Adeni, the film has grossed over ₹115 crore, becoming the first A-rated Malayalam film to cross the Rs 100 crore mark.
SonyLIV has acquired the post-theatrical rights for a substantial amount, but the exact streaming date is yet to be announced.
However, a delay in the OTT release is expected, as the film is slated to release in Kannada on January 31.
Viewers can anticipate the OTT premiere by late February or mid-March.
Marco was released in Malayalam and Hindi on December 20, followed by a Telugu release on January 1.
The film, produced by Shareef Muhammed under the Cubes Entertainment and UMF banners, with Unni Mukundan as co-producer, features Jagadish, Siddique, Abhimanyu, Ishan Shoukath, and Kabir Singh Duhan in pivotal roles.
