NTPC regional head inspects Telangana project

Accompanied by senior officials, Anand visited the construction site of Telangana project and inspected the progress of TG & Control Room, Boiler area and Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD)

Peddapalli: CV Anand, Regional Executive Director, Southern Region of National Thermal Power Corporation, asked Team Ramagundam/Telangana to gear up for commissioning of Telangana project phase-I and floating solar power project. He also asked them to continue with their fight against Covid-19 and adhere to Covid protocols.

Anand was on a visit to NTPC-Ramagundam/Telangana on Thursday. Accompanied by senior officials, Anand visited the construction site of Telangana project and inspected the progress of TG & Control Room, Boiler area and Flue-gas desulfurization (FGD). He also visited prominent locations of Ramagundam plant and interacted with the employees.


Later, Anand interacted with senior officials through virtual mode and reviewed the performance of NTPC-Ramagundam besides progress of Telangana project and floating solar power project.

He also interacted with office bearers of unions and associations and appreciated them for their constructive role in progress of the company.

Anand along with Anita Anand, President Dakshin Deepanjali Mahila Samithi, SRHQ, visited NTPC. Upon their arrival, senior officials welcomed them.
