Officials demolishes three illegal structures in Kothagudem
Revenue, police and panchayat officials along with JCBs razed the structures
Kothagudem: Officials have demolished three illegal structures built on 600 yards of land at Saraiah Colony in Chunchupally mandal in the district on Monday.
Revenue, police and panchayat officials along with JCBs razed the structures following the orders of district Collector Jitesh V Patil. A case was pending in a court regarding the land and panchayat officials issued notices to the persons who encroached upon a disputed land several times in the past.
The affected persons complained to the Collector as the encroachers ignored the notices. Officials said that action has been taken as the constructions were being carried on the land out without permission.
