Osmania University awards doctorate to Krishank Manne
Krishank, a UGC NET-qualified academic, holds a postgraduate degree with distinction and pursued his PhD after a brief teaching stint at a postgraduate college for mass communication students. He has also contributed as a research fellow under a UGC-funded major research project.

Hyderabad: Osmania University has awarded a doctorate to research scholar Krishank Manne for his dissertation titled “Representation and Presentation of Dalits in Media.” His doctoral thesis, submitted under the supervision of senior professor Karnam Narender, was admitted for the PhD award in the Department of Communication and Journalism.
Krishank pursued his PhD after a brief teaching stint at a Post Graduate college for mass communication students. A UGC NET holder, he has assisted as a research fellow under a UGC major research project and holds a postgraduate degree in first division with distinction.
Currently, Krishank serves as the official spokesperson of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS). As a spokesperson, he is known for articulating issues adeptly across national, regional, and local platforms.
