Owais scored a brilliant 92, supported by Manoj and Rahul Tapadia, as Telangana High Courts Lawyers XI defeated Odisha High Courts Lawyers by 57 runs in the All India Lawyers T-20 cricket championship held in Cochin on Thursday
Hyderabad: A fine knock by Owais (92, 61b, 11×4, 2×6) and handy contributions from Manoj (54, 32b, 2×4, 3×6) and Rahul Tapadia (44, 11×4, 2×6) helped Telangana High Courts Lawyers XI record a 57-run win against Odisha High Courts Lawyers in the All India Lawyers T-20 cricket championship in Cochin on Thursday.
The scores: Telangana High Courts Lawyers 230/3 in 20 overs (Owais 92, Manoj 54, Rahul Tapadia 44) bt Odisha 173/7 in 20 overs (Lalit 59, Siddhanth 51, Saichand 2/15, Shahid Hassan 2/34, Rajgopal Reddy 2/29).
