Oxygen plants must meet demand: Nizamabad Collector

Collector inspects two plants in the district and said that they should run with maximum capacity to meet the requirement of oxygen and fulfil the needs of hospitals

Nizamabad: Nizamabad Collector Narayana Reddy on Friday inspected oxygen production plants situated in Dubba and Dichpally of the district and directed officials concerned to produce required quantity of oxygen to meet the demand in the district.

The Collector inspected Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Oxygen Plant at Dubba area in Nizamabad city and Sri Sai Oxygen Gas Plant at Suddapally of Dichpally mandal.

On the occasion, he said that both the plants should run with maximum capacity to meet the requirement of oxygen and fulfil the needs of hospitals. If the plants face any problem, the Collector asked the officials to bring the same to his notice.

Sri Lakshmi Prasanna agency supplies oxygen to all the hospitals in Nizamabad city and Sri Sai Oxygen Plant produces liquid oxygen.

Drug Inspector, nodal officers and MPDO accompanied the Collector during the inspections.
