Police arrest Bangladesh nationals for illegal stay in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Seven persons, including six Bangladesh nationals who were staying illegally in India, were arrested by the Hyderabad police on Thursday. Hyderabad: Seven persons, including six Bangladesh nationals who were staying illegally in India, were arrested by the Hyderabad police on Thursday.
The arrested persons were identified as Nurmohmad Kholiba (35), Nahida Kholiba (21), Kachi Musharef Sardar (32), Atiyar Mondal (37), Sume Biswas (24), Lata Shekh (25) and Tisha Biswas (40).
According to the police, Atiya Mondal who is a native of West Bengal had helped the Bangladesh nationals in staying illegally and organising prostitution in the city. She also provided them accommodation after they entered into the country.
“The six persons had crossed into the country with the help of a few agents and reached the city recently,” said DCP (Task Force), P Radha Kishan Rao.
On information, the police arrested them. A case is registered against them illegally staying in the country, and obtaining Aadhaar cards and other documents illegally.
