Hyderabad: The second pre-bid meeting for the 44 developed plots spread over 135,401 square yards in Uppal Bhagayath Layout was held successfully on Saturday.
The auction will be held on December 2 and 3, with the e-auctioning to be held under the aegis of the Union government enterprise MSTC Limited. On Saturday, over 100 persons participated in the pre-bid meeting and got their questions clarified with MSTC representatives.
The meeting was held a second time following the demand for the plots and requests from investors, the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) said in a press release.
“The response for the plots was very good. The retailers/developers showed more interest in the bigger plots,” HMDA officials said.
The plots that will be auctioned are of different sizes, starting from 150 square yards to 15,149 square yards. They are in the close proximity of Nagole Metro Station, abutting Uppal and the LB Nagar Inner Ring Road. Amenities include underground electrical distribution network for power supply, external underground sewerage system, greenery, street-lighting and storm water disposal systems.
