Hyderabad: South actor Priyamani says she wouldn’t react to the trollers on social media. And she doesn’t watch gossipy and spicy YouTube videos which hook audiences with enticing headlines.
The award-winning actor was speaking during a questions and answers session. She said she is a composed person in real life and can’t compare herself with her on-screen character Anupama in the upcoming web series ‘Bhama Kalapam’, which is scheduled to hit OTT platform ‘aha’ this month.
The actor said that she has no similarities with Anupama in any manner. The actor plays a homemaker named Anupama who is popular among YouTube folks for her culinary recipes.
The National Award-winning actor said that her role in ‘Bhama Kalapam’ is a fun-filled character and likes to peep into what’s happening in the neighbours’ house, what are the neighbours gossiping about.
“Anupama knows various culinary dishes, but in real life, there’s a big contrast with the character I play in the web series. I don’t know how to cook, I only eat food when my husband cooks it,” she said further, adding that she is a person who likes to spend most of the time indoors and she doesn’t indulge in gossip with neighbours.
The story revolves around an egg worth Rs 200 crore. And how Anupama is dragged into the conspiracy is likely to be a fun ride with various elements of suspense and thrill.
