Puvvada Ajay Kumar distributes tricycles

Khammam: Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar has distributed sewing machines and battery operated tricycles free of cost to physically challenged persons here on Saturday. The tricycles distribution programme was organised under the aegis of Telugu Association of North America (TANA) and a charitable organisation at Rotary Limb Centre in Khammam. Speaking on the occasion the minister appreciated the office bearers of the association for their charitable act.
TANA president Talluri Jayashekhar informed that they were planning to distribute over 100 battery operated tricycles to persons with disabilities in Telugu states.
In the first phase the tricycles were distributed at Nerada village, in the second phase in Khammam and in third phase they would be distributed at Tiruvuru and Guntur of AP. SUDA Chairman B Vijay Kumar, office bearers of TANA and the charitable organisation, Niranjan S, Ravi Samineni, Nageswar Rao S and others were present.
The minister released the New Year calendar of NRI Parents Association.
