Ramoji Film City extends special discount to Telangana school students

The Ramoji Film City has decided to charge a fee of Rs.1,000 per student, including lunch. The package includes access to major attractions such as guided studio tour, action theatre, eureka attractions, fundustan (children’s activity zone), amphitheatre shows, live shows and performances, filmy duniya, gardens, theme sets and backlots.

Hyderabad: This winter season Ramoji Film City (RFC) is offering a special discounted educational and recreational day tour for school students in the State. It has decided to charge a fee of Rs.1,000 per student, including lunch.

The package includes access to major attractions such as guided studio tour, action theatre, eureka attractions, fundustan (children’s activity zone), amphitheatre shows, live shows and performances, filmy duniya, gardens, theme sets and backlots. In addition, the RFC will provide internal transportation within the campus from the eureka attraction.

As per the Thursday proceedings issued by School Education director Dr. Naveen Nicolas, the package includes a complimentary veg lunch to all children. Further, for every 15 students, one teacher will be given a complimentary entry. The visiting school principal/headmaster will also be given a complimentary pass.

Dr. Nicolas asked schools not to plan the tour between December 21 and January 2, 2026, as the RFC will not allow school visits during that period. He said transportation from the school to the RFC has to be borne by school.

This offer is exclusively extended to students of the government schools functioning under the School Education department, he added.
