Hyderabad: Prominent realtor and Home Land chairman Ram Reddy allegedly died by suicide by hanging at his farmhouse in Nedunur village of Kandukur mandal on the suburbs on Thursday.

Ram Reddy was reportedly developing a new real estate venture spread across 280 acres in Patancheru.
