Hyderabad: In a bizarre scenario, many people have been receiving vaccination certificates without getting the jab at all.

In case you received the Covid-19 vaccination certificate on phone despite not being fully vaccinated, get in touch with the Telangana health department on its Covid-19 helpline 104 and on WhatsApp at 9154170960 to register your complaint about corrective action that would enable you to get a second shot.

Director of Public Health (DPH) Dr. G Srinivasa Rao said the department too noticed the matter and so far, three individuals were suspended for negligence.  

Meanwhile, he further said that while the entire healthcare machinery is prepared and alert to handle a possible surge in Covid infections, the general public in the State need not panic by the new variant and they must continue to follow Covid appropriate behaviour like the use of masks, physical distancing and sanitization, seriously.
