Reflections IAS Academy conducts seminar at CMR Engineering College in Medchal

Hyderabad: An inspiring seminar on ‘Civil Services – the G.O.A.T Career for a Fresh Graduate’ was conducted by ‘Telangana Today’ and ‘Namasthe Telangana’ in collaboration with Reflections IAS Academy, at CMR Engineering College, Medchal, on Tuesday.
Dr. G. Vivekananda, a 2014 UPSC achiever and Assistant Director at the Ministry of Defense, addressed an audience of over 300 students and shared key insights into the UPSC exam, focusing on essential problem-solving skills and strategies for overcoming challenges in the preparation journey.
As Chief Mentor at Reflections IAS Academy, he announced the academy’s mission to select 90 dedicated aspirants annually, aiming to produce 100 IAS and 100 IPS officers by 2030.
In a highly interactive session, students engaged actively, asking insightful questions. Dr. Vivekananda detailed four motivational factors for pursuing civil services, emphasizing the role of civil servants in addressing social issues such as poverty and education.
Sriramana Muppalla, Director of Reflections IAS Academy, provided an overview of the UPSC exam process through a detailed PowerPoint presentation, offering students a comprehensive understanding of the journey ahead.
Ch. Srisailam Reddy, Secretary and Correspondent, CMR Group of Institutions, along with representatives from Reflections IAS Academy, Telangana Publications, and CMR Engineering College, unveiled the specially designed UPSC preparation material by Reflections IAS Academy.
He encouraged the college to make these resources available in the library to further students’ knowledge and preparation.
Dr. A. Srinivasulu Reddy, Principal of CMR Engineering College, urged the students to embrace the valuable insights for their professional and personal growth.
He extended his gratitude to Telangana Publications for organizing the seminar, which concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Vijay Karthick, Head of Training and Placements.
